I absolutely love everything about this cute little Cafe 💗 right in the heart of downtown Vernal. I usually ask the baristas for their favorite drink and it never disappoints. Definitely try one of the house sandwiches! They are soooo good! Don't forget the homemade pesto!

Stayed in Dinosaur NM with some friends over a long weekend and had to work from Hit the Roast Cafe. The food was bomb, atmosphere was comfy and fun, and the coffee was exceptional. They have a ton of space to work in the backroom too so you can get away from the busier cafe side of the building. 10/10!

This place is my Favorite!!! The food, the staff it ia awesome. The coffee is delicious and so are the sweets. And it is so cute!

I've been on a road trip for 15 days and have had cold brews in a dozen other places, this was hands down the BEST cold brew I've ever had. I also had a breakfast sandwich that was excellent as well. Friendly staff and the shop itself is huge, you should bring your group here for your next meeting.

Great spot! We had coffee and avocado toast, soup of the day, bagels and a bagel with jalapeno special. All really tasteful. No music in the back was also very very nice for a change 🤗

Brittnie and Shara were amazing! So glad I found this coffee shop! Extremely welcoming and cozy vibe! The coffee (Iced blackberry & toasted marshmallow latte) was delicious as well as the "Sloppy sammy" sandwich I ordered. Reasonably priced and worth going back for seconds. Found my new favorite coffee shop here in Vernal to study and hangout. Hoping to make it to one of their events!!

I had my bridal shower there in their beautiful back room! It was so perfect! They also provided a hot cocoa bar for my guests to help themselves to. Brittnie really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time in her space ♥️ highly recommend!

Fun new cafe in Vernal! We had the avocado toast, biscuits and gravy, and a breakfast bowl; all were tasty. The employee was very kind to check the bread label to ensure it was dairy free. The lemon cupcake was delicious and had a little surprise of lemon curd in the center. Overall an awesome visit!

Ordered the Highway 191 because of the peanut butter flavor and I'm so grateful I did, fantastic flavors. We also ordered the breakfast sandwich and biscuits and gravy, both delicious but I've got to admit the gravy was my personal favorite after the coffee. Wonderful service super sweet people (Britany and Branson) working and checking in on us the whole time but not to the annoying amount. They have so many gorgeous art works on the walls from local artists and even books in the back!

We stopped here on the way to the dinosaur monument national based on review. It was a nice place, more room to sit at the back. We ordered breakfast bagel with cream cheese, Mocha and Iced Matcha with strawberry foam on top. Highly recommend.
